Construction of a nursery school in Andráshida

Description of the operating environment The Tagóvo-voice in Andráshida is located in the western part of Zalaegerszeg, Andráshida. The building was built in 1883-84, 133 years ago. He worked as a school for a long time, and from 1962 he started his activity as an independent kindergarten. Later, since the late 1990s, as an institutional unit of ÁMK, he provided the tasks related to the kindergarten provision of the district. Since 1 August 2013, it has been operating as a member nursery of the Kertváros Kindergarten in Zalaegerszeg. The number of kindergarten groups is 4, the maximum number of children is 110. In the 4 kindergarten groups, 8 kindergarten teachers, 1 pedagogical assistant, 4 nurses and 1 kitchen worker are responsible for the upbringing and education of children. The proximity of the city makes it possible to learn about urban life, to practice transport, to participate in urban programmes, and the rural nature with the help of the elderly people living here, to get to know and experience folk traditions, thus helping to create and strengthen positive emotions about the place of residence of the children. The socio-cultural background of families attending the institution is very divided. People living in outstanding financial conditions as well as impoverished families can be found. The technical condition of the more than 130 years old kindergarten contains defects and technical deficiencies within the meaning of the letter of the NPHMOS attached to the application, which does not allow the creation of an adequate and healthy, quality environment in the building. The new construction is technically and technically essential, which is supported by a declaration from the designer. In the 2014/2015 education year, one of the kindergarten groups became accident-threatening, and as a emergency solution, a grouping took place, as the ceiling of the group room was sank and the immediate accident risk was eliminated by underwrapping. Technical measures were also taken due to the sinking of the building, but still the wetting of the group rooms remained. The masonry is molded, saltpeter detached, and the air is musty. The child-friendly environment (clean air, bright, cheerful, modernly furnished group rooms), the cost is efficient maintenance, the design of the missing rooms, (gym room, changing rooms, development room, isolation room, foster room, executive office) accessibility, the provision of SNI children, and the creation of equal access to a new kindergarten. The need for new construction is also justified by the following factors: — The current narrow plot and the characteristics of the ‘L’-shaped kindergarten do not allow the premises of the missing functional parts of the building to be integrated with the existing premises with the extension. — The size of the current yard is not suitable for serving the 4 groups, and it is not possible to accommodate an adequate amount of external playgrounds using the appropriate installation bands. — The missing changing rooms are being replaced in the corridors in the current building, the food transport routes of the heating kitchen are currently working with a compromise solution. The group rooms also function as an internal corridor, and food is transported through one group room to another. — The existing kindergarten does not currently have a parking space. The necessary amount of parking cannot be constructed either within the plot or in the public area. With the construction of the new kindergarten, the necessary parking space and barrier-free car park will be solved. — The essential functions for kindergarten education (group room of appropriate size, individual developer, educator room, staff changing room, dining room, laundry room, gym) can only be realised by building a new kindergarten. The institution’s founding document states that it considers the upbringing and education of disadvantaged children and children with special educational needs to be particularly important. Within the framework of integrated education, it also welcomes children with special needs. This is facilitated by the individual development and logo therapy room designed in the new building. The educational programme of the kindergarten includes: “The furnishing, lighting, heating and ventilation of changing rooms provide all the conditions for calm undressing and dressing. Each child should have a separate dress and shoe holder closet or shelf." The kindergarten has such a small changing room that children can store clothes on hangers, or where there is a locker, children can only dress and undress in groups. The founding act allows the kindergarten to receive visually impaired children at urban level. The necessary conditions for the development required by law, such as the development room of the current building, are not provided. There is no development room, or even a room where the child’s development tiflopedago, developer teacher or speech thera...
