Support for labour mobility in Győr (Szigethy A.u., Ipar u.)

The important transport route of the city of Szigethy A. u. and Ipar u. Győr, which connects road No. 821 in the east-west directions with the common urban section of the main road 82-83, the main road no. 81 and the main road no. 1 through Industry Road, this route ensures the main transport connection of Marcalváros, Nádorváros, Jancsifalu, Adyváros and Gyárváros districts beyond the agglomeration links, as well as the access to the industrial area and the Audi factory area. The route operates a significant lorry traffic and is one of the main public transport routes of the city. As a result of the significant traffic, the road pavement was worn out and fragmented and therefore its renovation was justified. The aim of the planned investment is to achieve transport development that promotes economic development and labour mobility. Since low-quality infrastructure hinders the implementation of economic development at the right pace, it is of utmost importance for Győr’s economic development to ensure the proper quality of the road infrastructure, which is also the priority objective of the project. The refurbishment on a single route is planned by the beneficiary in three phases.Renovation of road A.Szigethy on the section between Kodály Z. u. and Youth krt. The renovation works concern 388 fm long road sections. The works consist essentially of refurbishment between borders, during which 14 cm of surface milling and re-asphalt are carried out. On an area of 691 m², the condition of the structure of the track requires 25 cm vtg. CKT-T4 hydraulic bonded casing base construction. An area of 4 774 m² is installed with glass fibre reinforced asphalt/network. At the installation section of the junctions of Youth körút and Kodály street traffic light, cement mortar filling is made at 20-20 m length. In addition, at 776 fm, the highlighted hem is replaced by a recessed hem with a running line. 15 tiles will be changed to self-leveling, the existing sinkholes and lids will be placed in the level. 527 m² pavement mark will be painted, 312 m² of grass will be refurbished. The renovation works on the section between the roundabout of Fehérvári út and the overpass on Ipar Road concern 575 fm long road sections. The works consist essentially of refurbishment between borders, during which 14 cm pavement milling and re-asphalt are carried out. On an area of 3 760 m², the condition of the structure of the track requires 25 cm vtg. CKT-T4 hydraulic bonded casing base construction. An area of 3 750 m² is installed with glass fibre reinforced asphalt/network. At the erection section of the Fehérvári Road signal lantern junction, cement mortar filling is made at a length of 20 m to strengthen the pavement. 2 existing bus stops will be rebuilt with new bus bays, 20 cm thick basalt concrete casing in 20 m³. Between the bus bays there is a pedestrian crossing point with a central island. 106 fm protective pipes are laid with 4 cable shafts. It is also replaced with 840 fm length of the highlighted hem with a recessed hem with a running line and is built with 1080 fm garden border. 30 tiles will be replaced by a self-leveling type, the existing sinkholes and lids will be placed in the level. 238 m² pavement mark will be painted, 900 m² of grass will be added. The renovation works on the section between the overpass and the junction of Mártírok Road concern a length of 1067 fm. The works consist essentially of refurbishment between borders, during which 14 cm of surface milling and re-asphalt are carried out. On an area of 2 192 m², the condition of the structure of the track requires 25 cm vtg. CKT-T4 hydraulic bonded casing base construction. An area of 11 067 m² is installed with glass fibre reinforced asphalt/network. At the erection section of the Fehérvári út junction, cement mortar filling is prepared at a length of 20 m to strengthen the pavement. 2 existing bus stops will be rebuilt with the construction of new bus bays, 1 bus stop will be refurbished, 3 more bus stops will be reinforced. At all bus bays and stops, basalt concrete coverings with a thickness of 20 cm are established in 50 m³. To create the possibility of creating a later signal lantern node, 106 fm protective pipes are laid with 4 cable shaft designs. In addition, at 1863 fm, the highlighted hem is replaced by a recessed hem with a running line. 43 mine covers will be replaced with self-leveling types, the existing sinkholes and lids will be placed in the level. 681 fm covering marks are painted, 1 860 m² of grass is also covered. The implementation of the project does not entail climate risk.
