The objective of the planned investment is to achieve transport development that promotes economic and sports economy development and labour mobility, and improves the quality of the public transport network. Road 81 is a strategic transport route for the city of Győr in several aspects. On the one hand, it provides the transport connection between Székesfehérvár and Győr, on the other hand, it is an important exit point for the ring road of Győr and the impact of the southern agglomeration of the city. It carries significant public transport traffic, and its in-city section is an important permeable point towards the industrial park, the Audi factory complex and the old industrial areas. Main road No 81 — Tatai road junction is currently a five-pointed single-lane roundabout controlled by a sign. The previously appropriate node capacity is exhausted in peak hours, and its development is essential. It is planned to start and receive the large left-winding traffic from the city centre on main road 81 to Tatai Road during the morning peak period, with two lanes. During the afternoon peak, the traffic winding right from Tatai út towards the city centre is provided by two — two traffic lanes. The construction of two lanes was planned on the Székesfehérvár highway No. 81 and on the intersection of the urban collection road on József Attila út. The complete fifth junction branch will be eliminated, with only an entrance to the gas station and Banai Street. The direct exit of Banai Street is no longer connected, and new exit traffic is connected to the Fehérvári junction branch of main road 81. On Tatai Road, the gas station exit branch near the roundabout and the junction of the former building site will be introduced with a signal lantern control due to the expansion of the junction branch of Tatai Road to 2 x 2 traffic lanes. The new design will provide adequate capacity for the Industrial Park and back in the morning and afternoon peaks. At the same time, the service quality of the other nodes is increasing. The turbo — spiral roundabout is designed to provide more node capacity than single lane roundabouts. The new multi-lane turbo-type refurbishment is expected to increase the width of existing enclosures. The existing covering elements will be refurbished with the same material as the wear and knitting layer of the planned track widening. Main road No 81 must be extended to 2 x 2 traffic lanes on the downtown side and 1 + 2 traffic lanes on the White Castle side to the node conversion. On the entrance side of József Attila street there are two lanes, while on the exit side, only pavement widening takes place. The extension of the Tatai Road to 2x2 lanes, the construction of water drainage of closed rainfall is planned for 697 m. In the direction of the house factory, a separate lane to the left is required. After the new signal-controlled junction to Banai Street, a transitional section is being built. Within the transitional section, the traffic lane leading towards one of the Industrial Parks will be abolished, so only three lanes from Banai Street will be built, with two advanced lanes towards the downtown and one lane towards the Industrial Park. On the Tatai Road trail, after the connection to Banai Street, the connection of Győrsentivani út on pointed-angle Tatai Road will be discontinued, and the transport link will be moved to the new Alsókert Street junction. A new bus stop is being built on the Tatai Road trail. In the vicinity of the stops, a new pedestrian crossing point will be built with the introduction of a central island for traffic guidance purposes. The three-lane, middle island line of the Tatai Road route extends to four lanes near Alsókert utca. From Alsókert Street to the new turbo roundabout, Tatai Road will be built with three lanes, two advanced lanes towards the Road No 81 and a traffic lane towards the Industrial Park. On the planned Lower Garden street, a new 7.00 m wide, fenced pavement with closed rainwater drainage is being built between Tatai út and Old Szentiváni út with a one-sided 2.00 m wide walkway. The planned new turbo roundabout node is used to guide traffic with signposts, and new portal boards are placed on its entrance branches. After the former ‘Házgyári’ junction controlled by the traffic light, the necessary traffic changes must also be made on the rebuilt Tatai Road route. The implementation of the project does not entail climate risk; during the renovation, the green area on the route, the areas currently blocked from traffic into green spaces, will increase. As a result of the investment, no sustainable mode of transport will be disadvantaged after development compared to the situation prior to the investment. The Investment in the Road Transport Act 1988. I. tv. It shall be designed and implemented in accordance with Section 8(1a). Planned duration of the project: 2018.06.01. — 2020.09.30
