The project will be implemented in the form of a consortium. The consortium is headed by the Municipality of Besenyszög, who carries out all the organisational functions related to the implementation. The Contracting Parties shall set up a consortium to submit a grant application under the Territorial and Settlement Development Operational Programme in response to the call number TOP-5.3.1-16, Strengthening Local Identity and Cohesion and, if supported, to establish a sustainable good neighbourhood — to create community development activities in Szolnok district, which would be implemented by joint cooperation.
