The present technical description refers to the energy development and renovation of Dunaföldvár, Kossuth utca 23 Bölcsőde and the construction and, if necessary, parking of a new toy storage building. Background: — The external wall structure of the building is 38 cm thick masonry, which has been constructed without thermal insulation. The slab is prefabricated with beam and lining structure, accessible but without subsequent insulation. Which doesn't have sufficient thermal insulation. The exterior doors and windows, with the exception of two, have already been replaced with plastic windows during previous upgrades, and the thermal insulation of new windows and doors is adequate. The replacement of 2 old doors and windows of the building, the 15 cm thick thermal insulation of the facade walls and the thermal insulation of the floor with 25 cm thick rock wool is absolutely necessary to ensure that the specific heat loss factor of the building meets today’s energy standards. — Clean painting is also required on the inner wall surfaces of the building. — On some wall surfaces in the basement there is damage to plaster, salt blooming, detachment and blistering due to the watering of the wall. Since some rooms in the basement are in everyday use, it is necessary to improve the plaster parts from a hygienic, clean and aesthetic point of view. — The roofing structure on the old wing needs to be refurbished, so the tile cover and slatting is replaced on this wing, and in the case of support beams, those in poor condition must also be replaced with tin structures. — Further ancillary work: new ledge installation, plaster repairs, demolitions. — The main entrance gate and the rear gate and the fence system in the back garden also need to be replaced. — The present separate toy store must be dismantled, and a new one must be built — Further works: Ground-stoneing, backwalling, pre-roofing. Roof refurbishment: After removing the roof tiles on the old wing, the old slats must also be removed, and the supporting beams must be checked to replace those in bad condition. Then the roof structure can be re-slated and foiled and the new tiles are added to this. The construction of a new gutter system will be realised on the old wing. Preparation of a pre-roof: The new roof is built over the disabled ramp and above the rear entrance. First, the structure of the roof must be constructed, and then the new gutter system must be constructed. Then it is necessary to equip the polycarbonate plates. Dismantling of a toy container: It is necessary to dismantle the current toy store due to the consistency of the building. The entire structure shall be dismantled in the opposite order of construction. Construction of sanitary facilities and toy storage facilities: In the yard, an independent new sanitary facility will be built. First, the base has to be dug out and then the top of the base is ironed and poured with concrete. After a technological break, the area between the funds needs to be filled and compacted. In the meantime, the necessary mechanical and electrical connections must be made. It is then necessary to form around the installation concrete, after another technological break the bituminous waterproofing under the walls will be prepared. Then a bituminous plate insulation of the entire surface is made, connecting the two. The masonry can then be started by installing bridges where necessary. At the end of masonry, step-proof thermal insulation is placed in the interior, and then the foil spreading. After the foil spreading, the base concrete is assembled and the dilatation tape is placed around the wall before pouring the concrete. After pouring, a technological break should be taken. After solidification, the wreath and slab structure must be prepared. After the roof structure has been completed, the foil spreading can be placed on it, the counter-laying, then the tile cover. The interior work can start after the installation of the windows. Interior works include plastering, glazing, electrical installation, mechanical installation and attachments, as well as the construction of works on floors and wall coverings. The building will not be thermally insulated, it will be defrosted during winter periods. The pavement around the building will be prepared after completion of the works. Facade thermal insulation: The facade EPS 15 cm thick thermal insulation takes place on the wall after crushing any blistered or standing plaster. After fixing the starter profile, the thermal insulation sheets shall be fixed from the bottom up on the wall plane, placing the first row in the profile. The thermal insulating sheets should be glued to the wall with glue scones and then attached to the wall with dial dowels. The dowels have to drill a hole of the right size. The number of fixing dowels shall be per plate in accordance with the application instructions specified by the manufacturer. At the door and window openings, the inver...
