Develop rational and cost-effective functioning of public services based on local needs and settlement structures. Targeted support for barrier-free infrastructure investments by public education institutions, in particular those with demographically growing or stagnating children, and public education institutions with a high number of disadvantaged children. To acquire the basic competences and knowledge needed to acquire competitive knowledge and to improve the equipping of public education institutions to develop key competences for learners.
