Transport development in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county I.

As part of the project, a section of the secondary road network will be refurbished for a total length of 23.343 km. During the intervention, the profile milling of the existing casing is performed, and the new casing is formed by the installation of a binding and wear layer. The drainage is ensured by refurbishing the existing drainage system and by placing it in a good arm, and the road bench is also arranged. Works of art, penetrating and traffic equipment on the affected road sections will be refurbished as necessary. Refurbished sections: 3834 j. road (21+ 100-24+ 000 kms) intervention length: 2.9 km of the municipality concerned: Nagyhalász 3821 j. path (24+ 000-28+ 460 kms) intervention length: 4.6 km, construction of 2 circular junctions, municipal area involvement, affected settlement: Ibrány (affected byhrs), Nagyhalász 4139 j. path (0+ 000-3+ 600 kms) intervention length: 3.6 km of municipalities concerned: Ham, Botpalád roads 4102-403 (0+ 931 kms; 14+ 008 kms) construction of a circular junction, affected settlement: Nyírura 4105 j. path (32+ 698-42+ 967 kms) intervention length: 10.269 km of the municipality concerned: Nyírgyownaj, Nyírbátor 4108 j. path (1+ 980-4+ 094 kms) intervention length: 2.114 km of municipalities concerned: Kisvárda The project aims to renovate and develop roads with 4-5 digit degraded conditions, which will improve the availability of settlements and jobs in the region, thereby encouraging labour mobility and economic development. Investments are made on the public road network. In fact, the properties concerned and their ownership can only be determined during the planning process. The project concerns road transport in 1988. I. tv. Shall be planned in accordance with Section 8(1a) taking into account the needs of all operators concerned. In the case of road sections within a residential area, the possibility of safely driving cycling traffic will be examined. The investment contributes to the improvement of road safety and the road safety aspects will be and will be given special attention in the planning and implementation process. Due to the organisation of the Applicant and its expert and institutional background, the financial sustainability of the project and the long-term (5 years) operation and maintenance of the implemented activity are ensured. The technical content of the project will be designed and designed to improve the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and, above all, children, the elderly and people with disabilities. The investment is planned and implemented in a cost-effective manner, with a realistic and economical budget. The investment is carried out through a direct or indirect link to economic development and employment and facilitates the infrastructure conditions for labour mobility. The investment is in line with the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Regional Development Programme and the following priorities and objectives (4 pcs): Priority axis 1 Developing a territorial economic environment to promote employment; Priority axis 2 Business-friendly, population-retaining urban development; Priority axis 3 Transition to a low-carbon economy with priority in urban areas; Priority axis 4 Developing local community services and strengthening social cooperation. The list of road sections to be refurbished has been agreed and approved with the county government. The road section to be refurbished concerns 9 settlements. The availability of plans and permits is reported in the project preparation sub-section.
