The aim of the project reflects the main tourist development intention and direction of the city of Heves: the overall goal is to integrate the settlement into the tourism of the region, in the broader sense of the Tisza Lake region.Other goal is to make the town more popular on the demand side in terms of both target groups and motivation. This requires the allocation of specific objectives, both directly and indirectly. Such specific objectives are: Increasing the attractiveness of tourism for tourists visiting the area (direct): —extension of target group — Promotion of cultural tourism -increase of tourist traffic -improvement of the conditions for catering, quality development, capacity increase -Development of basic tourism infrastructure -decreasing seasonality -increase of tourists’ stays, guest nights?Diversification of the region’s economy with tourism development in the town of Heves (indirect): expansion and complexity of the range of programmes in the region and county -creating further development needs — increasing the number of commercial accommodation establishments and the possibility of increasing their utilisation -increasing the use of guest services. Boosting the local economy in the long term (indirect): dynamism of businesses in the region — Increase employment — Increase tax revenues of self-government (which can later be reinvested to strengthen local tourism). The activities needed to achieve these objectives can be illustrated through operational objectives as short-term objectives: Refurbishment of the Fisherman’s Mansion with new service elements: —Establishment of an exhibition space for the artefacts of the sculptor Pál Kő -creation of a local historical exhibition of the mansions of the region, combined with a short film and hologram projection — the creation of an interactive sculpture workshop for children and adults alike?Rescue the building under local protection through the tourist utilisation of the mansion, ensuring the efficient and sustainable operation of the building. The project fits into the objectives of call TOP-1.2.1-15 “Socially and environmentally sustainable tourism development”: the renovation of the mansion serves the tourist utilisation and development of a small-scale thematic tourism development and a local cultural and built heritage that is a tourist attraction. As a result of the development, the Fisherman’s Mansion is enriched with three separate program elements. The elements of the programme are important elements of the city of Heves, both individually and separately, and reflect to a large extent the areas of the topic that are important and distinctive in the life of the settlement. The three programme elements are as follows: 1.Kő Pál Kossuth and Munkácsy Prize-winning sculptor’s permanent exhibition, indoor and outdoor 2. Local historical exhibition on the mansions of the town of Heves combined with interactive program elements 3.Interactive sculpture workshop for both adults and children The development is affected by the following annual events, which provide a stay of one or more days: 1.Artist’s colony — artwork camp for young artists, pupils. 2. Temporary exhibition of contemporary artists. 3. Hevesi Amateur Artists’ Day or Week. 4.Holocaust memorial. 5.Agricultural conference, exhibition and fair. Rooms of the various new features will be attached to the reception hall running along the axis of the building. Through the main entrance you can enter the hall, from which the café and souvenir shop will be accessible to the left, as well as the ticket office and cloakroom. The water block serving the whole ground-floor section is placed in the inner core of the building. Exhibitions will be available in two rooms, and an interactive room/study will be created separately. The floor of the building will be used as a storage room/storage, as well as the staff section, only minimal adaptation is expected. There will be a café terrace in the place of the unbroken extension, while resting areas will be built in the garden with benches and playgrounds. The building is accessible and a ramp is built to the entrance of the building from the courtyard. When designing interior spaces and spatial connections, we pay special attention to the provision of accessible traffic as far as possible (design of opening barriers, equalisation of level differences). At the time of the renovation, the heating system is refurbished and a fan coil system is developed. This system is a lamelate heat exchanger surface on which air in the room is flown by means of a fan. The system is designed with vibros heat pump, hydraulic block and fittings. In addition to the above 120 solar panels will be installed in order to ensure environmentally conscious and energy efficient solutions. In this way, overhead costs can also be reduced to a large extent, which promotes self-sufficiency. In order to ensure proper accessibility, a covered parking lot is planned for the disman...
