The applicant plans to develop an industrial area of 10 hectares at the border of the municipality of Solt. According to the technical content of the tender, the road to the area and the utilities (water, sewage, electricity) will be constructed. The approach to the industrial area can only be solved by the construction of a junction, given the significant traffic on main road No 52. At the junction, a winding lane to the left shall be constructed from Solt. From Kecskemét a right-hand lane is to be built. The length of this junction, according to preliminary estimates, is about 200 m. The area of the junction affected by pavement constructions, up to the line of the fence of the industrial park, is about 2 000 m². Of this, the refurbishment and refurbishment of existing pavements is about 1 500 m², while the area requiring a completely new track structure is about 500 m². This part of work may be associated with public utility replacement works, the amount of which is currently unknown. The energy supply of the area can be made from the 20 kV overhead line network passing in the vicinity of the affected area with a power of approx. 0.5-1.5 MVA. There would be 1 new BHTR of around 1600 kVA in the industrial park. 630 kVA, 1.0 MVA or 1.6 MVA transformer can be placed in the above transformer station. In order to connect the above BHTR station, a 20 kV overhead or cable network is required (the length will be described in the power supply statement). In order to connect transformer stations, it is necessary to set up a power supply KÖF switch station. To ensure the water supply of the industrial park, in parallel to road 52, it is necessary to build a water network of about 200 metres, with fire hydrants, 90 KPE pipes. In order to ensure the drainage of the industrial park, the pressure pipe (approx. 110 KPE pipe) to be built in parallel to road 52 is about 3 000 m. In addition, a complete installation of a lifting shaft (installation, pumps, gauges, electric control, security fence, etc.) is required. The area affected by the development is included in the existing urban planning instruments as an economic and industrial area. Of the activities eligible for autonomous support, the following shall be implemented: 3.1.1.B development of industrial areas and existing ones, brownfield and greenfield investments. In particular: Construction, refurbishment, renovation, extension and modernisation of industrial areas’ basic infrastructure within the boundary (gas, water, sewerage, road, industrial track, car park, electrical wiring system, energy network, telecommunications and communication network, waste treatment facilities) and construction of a traffic area or investment in basic infrastructure outside the boundary in accordance with point 3.4 of the call. 3.1.2. Ineligible activity on its own: 3.1.2.1. Mandatory non-eligible activities to be carried out on its own d Providing publicity
