The Municipality of Bácsalmás City intends to build an industrial plant building in the eastern part of Bácsalmás, in the eastern part of the town of Bácsalmás, on the industrial area under construction at the end of Kunbajai Road, on a residential property, an industrial plant building, and subsequently to use an enterprise or enterprises employing local and local workers on a permanent basis in response to the call “Development of industrial parks and industrial areas TOP-1.1.1-16”. Location of implementation of the project: Hrv. 1716/9. The planned installation consists of two main units, which are structurally and functionally separate, but built side by side and thus interoperable: The building will be constructed in such a way that the ground floor and floor level are separately accessible and fully accessible for smaller businesses. If there is a larger number of people and space required, the entire building can be connected in the staircase. The building to be built has a floor area of 1 032.36 m², representing an office building with a floor area of 312.72 m² and a social premises and a production hall with a floor area of 719.64 m². The Municipality of Bácsalmás will submit the application with a consortium partner of Bács-Kiskun County Development Agency Nonprot Kft. and it plans to implement the project in the framework of a consortium cooperation agreement. We compiled the grant application, budget and business plan on the basis of technical specifications and preliminary cost estimates drawn up by the designer. After the application has been submitted, the drawing up of the permit holder’s design documentation begins, after which the procurement procedure may be carried out, resulting in the conclusion of the contractor’s contract with the successful tenderer. The Municipality of Bácsalmás will wish to fulfil its obligations regarding information and publicity on its own initiative.
