Building energy development of BKV Zrt.

The energy renovation of eight buildings takes place on three sites of BKV Zrt. Heating upgrade, solar collector and solar panel installation. Detailed description of the developments: Száva Kocsiszín (1091 Budapest, Üllői út 197-199) is equipped with heating for four buildings from a boiler room located on the first floor of the Social Building. Wagon building: The existing heater fittings will be dismantled and replaced by 2 Viessmann Vitocrossal200 CM2 620/575 kW and 1 Viessmann Vitocrossal 200 CM2 cylindrical burner condensation boiler with a rated power of 400 kW. For heating the hall, we also place the old ones in place — 23 pcs Top Vent HV 5; With 25 kW power — thermoventors instead of existing ones, including 7 Hoval TopVent TV-5 and 18 Hoval TopVent TV-4 types with significantly lower noise levels. Plant manager building: In the building we will create a boiler room where a Viessmann Vitodens 100-W 26 kW condensation wall gas boiler will be installed, which will be controlled according to the external temperature. The control will be carried out by the boiler regulator. In order to ensure the safe supply of HMV, an indirect storage facility is also placed. Office building: In the basement of the building there will be a heat centre in which two Viessmann Vitodens 200-W B2HA 60 kW condensation gas boilers are installed, which will be controlled according to the external temperature. Social building: Existing boilers will be replaced. 2 Viessmann TopGas Classic 80 types, including the related chimney system. The new boilers will be controlled according to the external temperature. The control will be carried out by the boiler regulator. In order to partially equalise domestic hot water production, a solar collector system is installed on the flat roof of the first floor above the boiler room. The 8 Viessmann Vitosol 100-FM SH1F flat solar collectors (2.33 m²/pcs apertura surface) provide domestic hot water storage facilities in the boiler room. During the modernisation of the Porta building, a heat centre will be set up in the heat-receipt room of the building, in which 1 Viessmann Vitodens 200-W 60 kW condensation gas boiler will be installed. Szépilona Kocsicolor (1021 Budapest, Budakeszi út 9-11.) is provided with heating of three buildings from a boilerhouse located in the Kocsicolour building’s boiler room. Wagon building: Existing heater fittings will be dismantled and replaced by thermostatic valve bodies, sensor thermostatic heads. 2 Viessmann Vitocrossal200 CM2 620/575 kW and 1 Viessmann Vitocrossal 200 CM2 with a rated power of 400 kW are installed. For heating the hall we place the old ones instead of 23 pcs Top Vent HV 5; 25 kW power thermal fans, 7 of them Hoval TopVent TV-5 and 18 Hoval TopVent TV-4 with significantly lower noise levels. Porta building: A heat center is installed, in which a Viessmann Vitodens 200-W 60 kW condensation gas boiler is installed. The new boiler will be controlled according to the external temperature. The control will be carried out by the boiler regulator. Social building: The modernisation of the heat receptacle will be eliminated and 2 new condensed gas boilers with a nominal capacity of 80 kW Viessmann TopGas Classic will be installed together with the related chimney system. The new boiler will be controlled according to the external temperature. The control will be carried out by the boiler regulator. In order to partially equalise domestic hot water production, a solar collector system is installed on the flat roof of the first floor above the boiler room. The 12 flat solar collectors (2.33 m²/piece with apertura surface) provide domestic hot water storage facilities in the boiler room. Akácfa Central Office Building (1072 Budapest, Akácfa utca 15.) Solar panel is being built, the size of the inverter side does not exceed 50 kWp rated power, thereby placing it in the category of “mandatory receipt” of the electricity supplier in respect of the electricity produced. The electric energy consumption of the building is extremely high compared to the production capacity of the solar system. Consumption significantly exceeds the production of the solar system every month. The positioning of solar panel boards will be placed on the most favorable flat roof sections. It is planned to concentrate in two parts, so two inverters (17 and 33 kW) will be installed. These are fed by 220 pcs 265 Watt polycrystalline solar panel boards, which are placed with an appropriate angle of inclination and orientation. Their expected production is 64 600 kWh/year. Due to the limitations of the data sheet, the documents to be attached include a more detailed description of the development in the “Project_result_presentation_Clestazo” material.
