Thirteenth district. Peace Square is a central area of central importance for the capital and district. With the change in the construction nature of the district, significant housing developments have been created in the catchment area of the Peace Road in recent years. Rather than a family-married building previously typical of the area, there are now more condominiums (40-80 apartments). Between 2000 and 2000, around 8000 new homes were handed over in the district, and 6.634 between 2006-2010. Due to the increased desire to build in recent years, another 10,000 apartments can be handed over. In the last 2 years only 2 600 new homes have been requested for sewage disposal in the Peace Street catchment area to the Operator FCSM Zrt. The Peace Square is a deep area in terms of geodetic conditions, the catchment area of which is close to 110 ha, where several high-flow combined collection channels are connected to the main collection channel DN 1700-1 900 mm on the line Lehel u. — Béke u. In recent years, overloading the gravitational system is common at the intersection of these high-flow collecting channels, which cannot be resolved without intervention as a result of increased and increasing drainage requirements. This growing supply demand is due to the need to receive significantly higher quantities of waste water from year to year by an existing network which is incomplete in both capacity and deployment, so the system is often overburdened. In the case of the deep Peace Square, the congestion of the sewerage network means that there are floods in this area, which, in addition to the significant material damage, entails obstruction of traffic in Budapest and public health problems. According to the Operator’s findings, in 2019 in the Peace Street catchment area 360 apartments could not be fully satisfied due to the insufficient capacity of the current network, and these were affected by a drainage restriction. According to the latest statistics of the HCSO, the population equivalent for 2.2 persons per apartment is around 800 people. The construction of a new parallel main collector on Peace Street is necessary for the short and long-term safe disposal of waste water, and many connections need to be established. According to the operator’s assessment, the proportion of effluents in relation to the total discharged water will reach/exceed 80 %, which will continue to increase as a result of the discharge of waste water already carried out in the catchment area and started and planned and planned building constructions. Since KEHOP’s support scheme for waste water disposal is essentially aimed at improving waste water disposal, 82 % of the costs are considered eligible costs. Trail: The planned main collector will run parallel to the existing main collector DN 1700-1 900 mm between the Peace Square and Rozsnyai Street. The new DN 1 600 mm channel at Vasas track behind Shell well connects to the reception main collection channel DN 2300-3 100 mm in Rozsnyai Street before the connection of the northern and southern collectors of Rákosvölgy. Main quantities: — approximately 1200 linear meters DN 1 600 mm new main duct construction — construction of 2 twin pipelines of 40fm (DN 110 mm, DN 125 mm) — establishment of operational links at two points between the existing and the new main collection channel, with dimensions of DN 1 000 mm and DN 800 mm respectively — 8 individual reinforced concrete structures — Mechanical alterations at the pumping station in Angyalföld — further related to the works: O about 300 fm plumbing o 100 fm district heating and gas pipeline replacements While the new sewer is made with technology without exploration of the route, a certain amount of road pavement demolition and restoration is also made into the project part. As part of the investment, a new main collector will be built, so that the amount of the sewerage reconstruction to be declared does not exceed 5 % of the eligible costs. Ineligible items: I) Based on detailed planning cost estimates, the scope of ineligible costs for the main collector of Peace Square: — Pavement restorations above lane — Water sink shafts with 45 cm hoods with rotatable bottoms — 40/60 ÜPE pipes, lining -work connection at Fáy street II) Based on preliminary planning data, the transformations of the Angyalföld plant affect both dry-time and wet, mixed wastewaters and operating conditions, so the parts of the project are typically indicated as ineligible technical content in the KEHOP grant agreement. Coverage of these items: By Government Decision No 1191/2019 of 9 April 2019, the Government granted a central budget support of HUF 599 700 000 for the ineligible costs of the project and the planning tasks of phases II and III. For the latter, an estimated HUF 50 million will be allocated from the above amount. In addition, the Prime Minister 585/2019.(V.29.) On the basis of Decision Kgy., the Capital provided an in-house contribu...
