In the framework of the investment, the conditions for the proper treatment of the waste water disposal agglomerations with more than 2 000 population equivalent loads are met in order to ensure the coverage of the sewage utility closes to almost 100 % of the public drinking water consumers. The professional expectation of the project is that Hungary will comply with the requirements of EU law by the deadline set. As part of the investment, the waste water treatment plant in the city of Cegléd will be upgraded and improved. The Ministry of the Interior, in its approval No BM/7306-2/2018, accepted the needs of the Municipality of Cegléd Municipality (TF). In addition, an area sludge treatment centre will be built. The technical content of the project follows the classification of waste water agglomeration according to the Regulation. The amount of sewerage reconstruction to be declared does not exceed 5 % of the eligible costs.
