The following activities will be carried out under the project: I. Creating a Climate Gas Database II. Acquisition of equipment necessary to create the material conditions for on-the-spot measurements and inspections linked to a database III. Awareness-raising related to the database I. Climate gas database is the National Climate Protection Authority 14/2015. (II.10.) system of equipment — refrigeration circuit and data registration, invoicing, passenger and company qualification system necessary and essential for the performance and performance of tasks falling within its competence as defined in the Government Decree, as well as for the processing of data considered as a public register. The Database development includes the following developments: • mobile development (device-independent development and Android and IOS (Apple) client) • client tracking module • implementation module • control module • monitoring of tasks arising from legislative changes • transformation of the official registration system of qualified enterprises • transformation of the official registration system of qualified individuals • transformation of the official registration system of qualified individuals • registry and registration of official decisions module • registration of pre-charged equipment module • supervisory fee management administration module • training module • conversion of administrative interface • reconfiguration of administrative interface • SF6 gas structure • Defense clearance module under the Government Decree • manufacturer’s and distributor’s responsibility module • development of interfaces • Climate gas inventory module • creation of administrative search options and simplification of existing ones • development of administrative interfaces • creation of SF6 gas structure • Defense Responsibility module under the Government Decree • Creation of interfaces • Climate gas inventory module • creation of administrative search options and simplification of existing ones • creation of fire protection applications structure For carrying out field measurements and inspections related to the Database, portable inspection and measuring equipment and occupational safety equipment are procured as follows: • a suitable device for energy measurement and evaluation of cooling circuits, with the necessary sensors, connectors, data recording and evaluation software for at least 5 typical refrigeration circuits. • an infrared absorption refrigerant analyser necessary to test the composition and contamination of refrigerants, which can identify at least the following components and determine their percentage in a gas mixture: R134a, R12, R22, R407C, R410A and are suitable for determining the percentage of gas mixtures 1234yf, R134a, R22, HC. • balance to measure the quantity of refrigerant, with a measuring range of 120 kg, to an accuracy of 5 grams. • electronic leak measuring instrument, CFC and HCFC or HFC refrigerants leak control. • use standard (test hole) for on-site testing of the leak detection instrument for refrigerants CFC, HCFC, HFC. • digital service taps for vacuuming and compaction tests, for pressure, temperature, current and vacuum measurements, and for temperature compensated compactness checks, as well as real-time overheating and post-cooling with the required temperature sensors, with a database of at least 30 different refrigerants. • bubble forming agent that detects possible leaks during leakage testing of joints. • thermometer for measuring the temperature of individual units of equipment in the range of -50 to + 350 °C. • remote thermometer, infrared meter in the range of -30 °C to + 600 °C. • procedure and calibration instructions for the use of a suitable device for energy measurement and evaluation of cooling circuits, as well as equipment for testing the composition and contamination of refrigerants in Hungarian. • drone — for checking equipment related to cooling circuits and refrigeration circuits located on the side of higher industrial facilities, commercial and office buildings, on the roof structure of other hard-to-reach places. • camera — the checks have been experienced to document data in image and/or video format. • eye and face protection equipment, respiratory protective equipment, helmets, gloves, safety half-shoes, hearing stoppers, earplugs, other protective clothing III. Awareness-raising activities related to the database: • establishment of a demonstration laboratory • creation of a mobile demonstration station • organisation of regional advisory workshops for large businesses • organisation of county information forums for SMEs • production of short films at demonstration labs, professional events, conferences and other forums • preparation of paper-based printed publications containing information and practical information on the development of the climate gas database • purchase of a mobile exhibition stand for exhibitions and other professional events
