Extension of capacity of the sections of Heves and Nógrád counties on main road No. 21

For the 5 phases, given that the major project threshold is exceeded, a major project grant application is required, including the review and possible deployment of the necessary wildlife protection systems in accordance with the requirements of the environmental permits, as well as the analysis of climate risk and the updating of the existing MT on the entire four-printed section of Main Road 21. The project consists of 5 sub-projects with the following technical content: In Section I of the Heves County, in the administrative areas of Hatvan and Lőrinci, the existing 2x1 lane road will be upgraded in length 6.550 km, so that the existing 2x1 lane road between the sections 1+ 690 km and the sections 1+ 690-2+ 875 km will be reinforced, and the existing 2x2 lane road will be effectively reduced from the 2+ 875 km to the end of the section into the 2x2 high-speed separating lane main road. A reduced parameter special level node will be created in the area of the big button node located in the 3+ 275 km gauge. The direct ground road connections in km 4+ 343, 4+ 888, 5+ 564 and 6+ 025 will be eliminated. In the 6+ 636.85 km section, the access road 24101.j. is connected to the housing estate of the Mátravidéki Erőmű, belonging to Lőrinci, on the right side of the section according to the section. In the area of the level node in the 7+ 350 km section, a new separate level node is being built: the 2133rd-j. Heréd-Lőrinci connecting road will be passed through a new bridge on the south side of the current junction above the 21st main road. The investment concerns 2 existing artefacts, of which 1 will only change the wear layer, and 1 will not intervene, and 2 new works of art will be implemented. In section II of Nógrád county, in the administrative areas of Szurdokpüspöki and Pásztó, the existing 2x1 lane road will be upgraded to 2x2 lanes, high speed, separating lane, and connects to the 2x2 lane sections already built. At the 23+ 800 km section, a reduced-parameter separate level node will be set up to approach the existing pig farm. The southern diamond-type junction of Pásztó is established at the connection of the 2122 j. Hollókő road. The correction of the 2408 j. Pásztói Road will be connected here and its current connection to the main road no. 21 will be terminated. The 2127th j. Csécse-Pásztó connecting road is connected to the south junction of Pásztó. The existing artifact to be demolished in the intervention area is 1 overpass, as well as planned new structures in section III of Nógrád county and 1 overpass in Nógrád county, 3.730 km in the administrative areas of Pásztó and Mátraszőlős the existing road with 2x1 lanes will be upgraded to 2x2 lanes, high speed, separating lanes and connects to the already built 2x2 lane sections. At the beginning of the design phase we connect to the existing four-printing, but the deceleration and acceleration lanes to be built at the western separate level junction of Pásztó are formed by widening the four-printed section. Thus, on the left, the intervention (taking into account the 150 m long paved stop lane after the accelerator lane) starts in the section 28+ 681 km and on the right in the section 28+ 875 km. At the 29+ 386 km section of Pásztó, a separate level junction is established at the connection of Irinyi Street. At the 31+ 620 km section, the connection of the road to the TSZ site on the left will continue, with the creation of an acceleration and slowing lane. Turbo-type two-lane circular junction will be established at Mátraszőlős 21's main road connection, the pedestrians will be provided with an underpass below the 21st main road. Existing artifacts in the intervention area to be dismantled: 2 overpasses and planned new works of art: Section IV of Nógrád County, 1 underpass and 4 overpasses, concerns the administrative areas of Tar and Mátraverebély. During the construction of the project, the existing 2x1 lane road will be upgraded to a 2x2 lane high-speed, separating lane main road in 4.700 km, and 2 nodes (1 separate level — at road connections 2 turbo-type roundabouts — and 1 turbo-type roundabout). The investment concerns 2 existing works of art, which will be dismantled, and 7 new works of art will be realised. Section V of Nógrád County concerns the administrative areas of Bátonyterenye and Kisterenye. During the construction of the project, the existing 2x1 lane road will be upgraded in 6.600 km to a 2x2 high-speed, separating lane main road and 7 nodes (4 turbo-type roundabouts and 3 “T” layouts in level). The investment concerns 2 existing works of art, which will be dismantled, and 6 new works of art will be realised.
