Development of the section between M1 and Pápa on main road 83, avoiding settlements

The Government on the indicative list of developments in road, rail and waterborne transport, urban and suburban transport of national importance for the 2014-2020 programming period (XI.26.) it decided, inter alia, to develop the M1 — Pope section of the main road 83. The technical disposition of the development in 1844/2015 (XI. 24) Government Decision, Decision establishing the annual development framework for the Integrated Transport Development Operational Programme for 2015: The development of the section between M1 and Pápa on main road No 83 and the avoidance of settlements, defined the construction of a 2x2 lane highway. Technical content: The R83 highway Pápa — Győr, M1 motorway (32+ 574-70+ 250 km) on a 37.5 km long section, a new track, 2x2 lane, highway parameters, a crown width of 20.5 m, typically with separate level junctions, or, if the conditions allow the construction of level junctions (distance between the junctions not less than 15 km), physical separation between the lanes, a stabilised benches, and a wild fence to reduce access to the track. The planned route passes through the administrative area of the following municipalities: Győr, Győrszemere, Tét, Tétszentkút, Gyarmat, Takácsi, Pápa.The cycling and slow vehicle traffic between the settlements will take place on the existing road 83. The route avoids the affected settlements, the number and type of nodes are determined during the development of the study plan and permit plan.In order to ensure environmental conditions and cost-effectiveness in the region of the Győr agglomeration, on the basis of the permission of the Ministry of National Development, the introductory section of Győr is implemented with 2*2 main road development. As part of the project, a connection will be opened from the new highway to 8305 j., which improves the availability of the Pápa Base Airport. Planned completion of the investment by 2020 Quarter IV. The following technical conditions, which have an impact on the execution of the construction, must be taken into account in the time needed for the construction. — the section requires the construction of works of art, which are accompanied by a significant high embankment construction. The consolidation of high embankments requires a minimum of 4-5 months depending on the subsoil, soil and inland water, or at least one winter period, in better cases, — when constructing the track structure (hydraulic binding layers or asphalt layers) it is necessary to take into account the weather conditions, i.e. the track structure that can only be built at temperatures above + 5°, — intervention on the national road between 15 November and 15 March cannot be carried out, — the construction of track structures to be further constructed is possible with the appropriate qualification result of the layer to be covered.
