The present development aims to prepare three projects: The previous feasibility study on the double-tracking of the Győr-Csorna line section as expected by IKOP, and in particular the updating of the Győr — Csorna section and the modernisation of the permit plan documentation, the preparation of plans at export level for certain branches, the obtaining of the necessary permits for the implementation, as follows: • Field of intervention: Győr — Sopron (no. 8) railway line ~ 16 — ~324 hm between sections (Csorna station (bez.)) and the result of the planning of interventions to increase the applicable speed, up to the section of the Hegyeshalom — Szombathely (No. 16) railway line ~538 hm, which should be specified according to the plans of the speed increase. • Rebuilding the sub- and superstructure of existing open-line and station tracks, dehydration and the construction of a second track for capacity expansion in accordance with the development parameters (design speed: 160 km/h, design axle load: 225 kN) • installation of sk+ 55 cm high platforms at stations and stops — providing barrier-free access. • Construction of P+R and B+R facilities at stations and stops. • Construction of ETCS L2 train control equipment. • In the framework of an up-to-date review at Csorna station, the increase of the speed applicable to each track road (e.g. on the entrance arch of railway line 16) is the preparation of technical plans (feasibility study, authorisation and construction plans) and to obtain the necessary permits for the construction of the necessary permits to resolve the narrow capacity of B. Harka — Sopron station as well as to increase the capacity of Sopron station in passenger traffic (establishment of a new island platform). • Field of intervention: Sopron — Szombathely (No. 15) from section ~ 391 hm — Harka station — Sopron passenger station (inz.) and Sopron managing station. • Rebuilding the sub- and superstructure of existing open-line and station tracks, dehydration and the construction of two additional tracks for capacity expansion in accordance with the development parameters (design speed: 120/100/80 km/h (depending on site conditions), planned axle load: 225 kN, in Sopron, in the area of special level road-rail crossing in Kőszegi út, the establishment of a new railway artefact taking into account the territorial constraints) • The construction of a new island platform with a platform roof at Sopron station required for the C. Zalaszentiván delta Track (C. Zalaszentivániván delta Track) The project has achieved a high degree of preparation from the point of view of study, planning and authorisation, however, one of the critical prerequisites for successful physical implementation is the successful completion of land acquisitions related to the new delta-track and the related roadside correction in Zala Street, where the purchase and dismantling of several residential and business properties will be necessary. The activities envisaged in this project are as follows: • Agreement between the parties involved in the acquisition of land on the property regime and the property management relationships established as a result of GYSEV Zrt., MÁV Zrt., MNV Zrt. • Carry out the acquisitions of real estate and land necessary for the implementation of the Zalaszentiván delta-track, including their purchase and evacuation. • Public utilities, demolition works. • Recultivation of the affected area, properties (uploading, compression, fence).
