For rail passenger transport, the purchase of 9 200-seat trains for railway lines 30a-20 and 80

The project concerns the purchase of 9 electric trains. The number of vehicles to be procured has been determined on the basis of the turn of trains adapted to passenger traffic needs and to the new planned supply timetable structure. The feasibility study provided a final solution on the location of vehicles financed from 2014-2020 IKOP funds included in the procurement procedure (sub-tender B). The results of the study were planned for rolling stock on railway lines 30a-20 and 80. Basic passenger service equipment for a modern train: — easily clear, contiguous, non-smoking passenger compartment, — low boarding height (low floor design), — air-conditioned passenger compartment and driver’s cab, — audiovisual passenger information equipment, — emergency call system, — passenger video surveillance and recording system, — multi-purpose space including equipment for the carriage of bicycles, — toilet for passengers with reduced mobility — toilet with closed-system vacuum toilet, — equipment for disabled passengers, — wireless on-board service, and — preparation of the engine train ticketing machine. The most important technical parameters of the vehicles are: Track gauge: 1 435 mm Editing gauge (kinematic): UIC 505-1 Maximum axle load: 19 t Licensed speed: 160 km/h Start acceleration with maximum mass, on a horizontal track (0-40 km/h) minimum 1.1 m/s2. Maximum braking deceleration considering the maximum mass with pneumatic brake without rail brake on a horizontal track (40-0 km/h) minimum 1.1 m/s2 Maintenance capacity: Up to 35; Base unit length: up to 80 m; Running and driven wheels: monoblock design; Number of seating positions: A minimum of 200 fixed seats/engine trains; Number of bicycles that can be transported simultaneously: A minimum of 4; Number of wheelchair passengers travelling together simultaneously: 2 persons; Toilets: One closed-system vacuum toilet that can be used by people with reduced mobility; Access doors: 6 double-wing, power-operated sliding sliding doors per vehicle side shall be distributed between the car bodies in such a way as to ensure the uniformity of the passenger flow. Open opening for access doors: Minimum 1 200 mm; Floor height above the top edge of the rail — high floor part: Max. 1 300 mm — low floor part: Max. 600 mm The platform height to be taken into account extends from the top plane of rail to 550 mm; Staircases: electrically operated exit staircases; Rated overhead contact line voltage 25 kV 50 Hz; Overhead contact line voltage tolerance: 17-29 kV; Plural control: remotely controlled operation of the combination shall be ensured, with a maximum of three engine units required to operate in synchronous mode. Lighting (UIC 555): fluorescent or LED; Heating and cooling (UIC 553, 553-1): In winter, heating can be provided with convection heaters, in which case the air conditioner should also have heating. Air-blowing shall be provided at the access doors. The control of the heating is controlled by the air conditioning controller. Ambient temperature limits of operation: Between -25 °C and + 40 °C, -25 °C and -30 °C, the devices shall not fail and the vehicle shall be restored. Special modes of operation: the train shall also be equipped with parking, train running, forward, control and washing and shunting modes. Official running speed of the trains: v eng. max. + 10 %; As a result of the planned vehicle investments, substantial progress is expected from the current situation, both from a business and operational point of view, and there are a number of positive societal benefits in addition to the added value for business efficiency improvements. With the appearance of aesthetic, air-conditioned vehicles, there is a sharp increase in passenger comfort, the number of comfort elements (ergonomic and aesthetic interior, cultivated toilet, WIFI, air conditioning, less noise), full accessibility and complex passenger information (on-board loud and visual passenger information). By purchasing new high-quality vehicles, it is possible to provide a competitive rail service in the long term, which will provide a significant competitive advantage over the road on the market, and in the long term the quality rail service of the specified lines will be solved.
