Development of the operation and maintenance sites in the framework of the IKOP to improve transport safety, service quality and sustainability of the TEN-T road network

Szombathely Engineering: Refurbishment of office and social building, extension with loft. Refurbishment of warehouse- workshop-garage building I and building II; with the addition of a car and adaptor locker. Construction of a salt reservoir with a capacity of 3000 tonnes. Installation of salt solution preparation-storage, capacity 20,000 litres. Car wash construction. Netlonnet warehouse construction. Extension of the parking lot with controllable traffic organisation from the port. Remodeling and upgrading of space lighting. Replacement of obsolete elements of utilities (water, electricity, gas, sewers): — electrical supply — water supply — municipal sewage disposal — industrial waste water pre-treatment and discharge — precipitation water pre-treatment and discharge. Csorna Engineering: Refurbishment of office and social building, expansion with high roof construction. Demolition of an old workshop, establishment of a new workshop. The establishment of a multifunctional hall for lorries and adaptors; closed washer design. Demolition of old salt storage and construction of a storage facility with a capacity of 3000 tonnes. Netlonnet warehouse construction. Asphalt in the parking lot, with the development of a controllable traffic organisation from the port. Remodeling and upgrading of space lighting. Replacement of obsolete elements of utilities (water, electricity, gas, sewers): — electrical supply — water supply — municipal waste water discharge — industrial waste water pre-treatment and discharge — precipitation water pre-treatment and discharge. Szolnok Engineering: Complete refurbishment of office and social building, extension with loft level. Partial demolition, reconstruction and expansion of vehicle, machine and adaptor storage facilities with two rasters of garage space. Refurbishment and extension of storage/storage buildings. Construction of a salt reservoir next to the existing one with a capacity of 1500 tonnes. Installation: 5,000 litre solution preparation equipment and 2 20.000 litres of solution storage. Construction of a fuel storage facility. The delimitation and separation of the various materials is ensured by a 3.0 m high reinforced concrete wall. Construction of a closed, heated car washer. Complete refurbishment of the repair hall/workshop. Refurbishment of Netlonnet warehouse. Extension of parking capacity. Complete reconstruction of the space lighting network. Replacement of obsolete elements of utilities (water, electricity, gas, sewers): — water supply, — gas supply (3 gas pipelines at the boundary) — electrical supply (main distributor in the machine repair workshop building) — discharge of municipal waste water — industrial waste water pre-treatment and drainage — precipitation water pre-cleaning and drainage. The investments are carried out in urban areas, not as greenfield development, therefore the project has no impact on the ecological status of the environment and the status of the water. In the course of the construction permit procedure, the Environmental Protection and Nature Conservation Inspectorate, in the case of the sites in Csorna and Szolnok, cooperated and issued a resolution: In its Resolution 2387-3/2015 (Csorna), the ÉDUKTF required noise measurement to be carried out during the use procedure. In its resolution No 00606-08/2015 (Szolnok), the KTVKTF drew attention to compliance with the requirements relating to the protection of the geological environment and the need for the authorisation of the environmental authority for the construction of a high-performance boiler. In the longer term (50 years), the climate change may have an impact on the quantity and frequency of road operation tasks and activities (removal of flatness, snow dredging, restoration of storm damage, elimination of track troughs). The occurrence of these weather phenomena varies considerably from year to year, therefore the long-term trends cannot be quantified or altered the required road maintenance and road operator capacities over the period considered. A summary of the impact of climate change on road infrastructure is provided in the revised MT. The feasibility study will be completed by 10 May 2016 and will be forwarded for approval immediately. We intend to finance the review from our own resources. The cost-benefit analysis will be carried out through a joint review of the feasibility study and will accordingly be procured on 10 May 2016. We intend to finance the review from our own resources.
