The developments of VERGA Zrt. are Nagyvázsonyi observation tower and rest park: The development is the refurbishment of an existing but abandoned shooting range tower, a park suitable for rest. The tower will function as a lookout tower for everyone. In order to get there, we need to build an asphalt road connection with a parking lot. 1 pergola and 2 forest furniture sets will be created for visitors in the immediate vicinity of the tower, as well as 2 information boards will provide information about the military past, flora and fauna of the area. 3 control boards are installed for pedestrian tourists coming from Nagyvázsony. Development of the park forest of Ámos-hegy: The part of the park forest is represented by a school trail of 23 points, a lookout tower, a forest playground and a forest gymnastics rink. These assets have not been refurbished over the years, so many of them are rotten, old and damaged. The elements of the educational path (24 information boards) will be replaced in the area of the park forest and a new, unified management system will be established. The existing playground and gymnastics are outdated, not in accordance with the standards, so with the abolition of the old one a new playground will be created and the elements of the gymnastics will be replaced with new, modern fitness elements. In the area of the gravel mine next to the educational path, a rest park is set up with 1 rain stop, 6 forest sets, 6 forest benches and 2 fireplaces. In the mine pit, 1 information board would show the history of the operation of the mine and provide some geological knowledge. The educational path passes on the edge of the pit, where a steel-structured console panorama would be built. Cute valley recreation park, panoramic promenade: On the outskirts of the town of Veszprém you can find the Fenyves educational path and runway developed by VERGA Zrt. in 2014, as well as the Jutas Vitéz lookout tower. An open-air fitness park has recently been established in the area, making it a popular place for sports and tourists. In the framework of the project, we would like to make the most unused quarry pit suitable for active recreation. To this end, we wish to create a playground and a resting place in the area, 1 pergola, 4 forest sets, 4 forest benches and 1 fireplace. There would also be a fenced playground with a variety of game elements in the area. Since the area can only be accessed from the road, a panoramic path would be created, which would also allow pedestrian access to the complex from the city. Gulya-dombi park forest development: In the area of the Gulya Hill Park Forest, a completely new, modern playground with resting places will be created instead of the old one.
