Preparation of the twin level 1 and twin level 2 training programme 2. Pilot Management 3. Further development of training institutions, training programmes and the involvement of qualified persons in the project, as well as the implementation of training courses 1. The twin 1 and twin level 2 training programmes will be developed during the preparation of the project, and on the basis of the training programmes, the development and implementation of training material, examination material and auxiliary materials will be carried out. The two training programmes will be certified by an adult education expert, and the qualified programmes will be handed over to the training institutions wishing to register in the project. 2. Further development of the Background Information System (HIR) that serves the storage of data related to the project processes and the implementation of trainings will be implemented: needs assessment, specification, design, development, testing. 3. Pilot preparation and management: Development of the PILOT concept. Selection of trainers, preparation and delivery of necessary resources. Selection of training courses according to procedure. Operating a mentoring network for PILOT on a scaled level. Registration and registration of qualified persons, training, administration and accounting in the HIR system. Operation of customer service. Examination of the satisfaction of the trained and trainers, the analysis of internal and partner experiences, and the modification of procedures based on the experience and the integration of changes into the processes and the HIR. 4. Training institutions, training programmes and the involvement of qualified persons in the project, as well as the implementation of training: After applying for the trainers, institutions that meet the pre-established criteria will be selected, with which we conclude cooperation agreements. The training and sensitisation of the trainers is ongoing in order to ensure the uniform use of the already established methodology/procedure. Recruiting and engaging a target group, assessing the needs of the population through mentoring activities in the established mentoring network (preventing and reducing scouring). Scheduling of the start-up of training courses taking into account training needs and project cash flow through the IT system. Reception, selection, publication, organisation and implementation of training courses, application for training. Conclusion of grant and training contracts. Measuring the satisfaction and effectiveness of training participants and documentary and on-the-spot checks of trainees, trainings and consultants (on-the-spot checks on at least 5 % of the training). Reintroduction of control results into the system (corrections, interventions, modifications, etc.). Financial accounts and payments (disbursed to trainers after approval of the settlement packages), preservation and storage of documents (electronic and paper-based).
