Capacity expansion development of the winery of Weinhaus Kft.

The developments concern the entire winery technology and are integrated into the existing elements by modernising them and increasing the processing capacity of the plant. 5 vine containers, which by their special design can be mounted on trucks, each with 5 tons of useful load. It is suitable for transporting grapes without any losses, including from a safety point of view. Diemme Velvet 150 pneumatic presses are known and operated in our company. One more device would increase the processing capacity. Suitable for gentle pressing of crushed grapes using compressed air. The equipment is an automated tool with low demand for work. 16 pipe pipe in the tube is a heat exchanger. A compact device is connected to the existing cooling system. Suitable for cooling must/wine. Fresh must has a higher temperature than the expected fermentation temperature, so it is desirable to reduce their temperature and the musts offered for sale can be cooled down quickly and efficiently with this device. In the inner tube the must/wine passes in the jacket of the refrigerant, so the countercurrent heat exchange takes place. On the exit side, the must/wine cools the refrigerant, which is cooled back by the refrigerator. Dynamos 20 filtration equipment and service tanks. In the case of fermented wines, an important operation is the separation of the lees and the calves. This filtering device uses a revolutionary process in the separation technology. In the filter medium, he turns a set of ceramic plates, which leaves the wine from the equipment through its tiny poles, while the filtering medium is thickened. This operation is automatically controlled by the device up to the limit of pumpability of the dense phase. The entire process takes place in a closed system, thus avoiding undesirable oxidation of the wine. Three tanks required to serve the process. These are cylindrical pans of 200hl, two of which are equipped with mixers to maintain the dense phase homogeneously. Wine storage hall and equipment. The 700 m² wine storage hall is thermally insulated. Suitable for bridging the temperature difference between seasons. 20pcs 1000 hl and 16pcs 1500 hl tanks are installed in the hall. Since the tanks have a height of more than 10 m, it is necessary for their operation (filling, emptying, cleaning) stairways and running pavements. Tank group connection is carried out on the material flow side by means of corrosion-resistant piping. Wine storage warehouse. The 1 000 m² insulated hall is suitable for storing bottled products. The sorted storage and sorting of the bottled products is carried out here. It is easily accessible from the bottling building, so its integration into the production system does not create an increased handling burden. Solar panel system. 180.4 kWp solar panel battery installed on the roof of our existing buildings. It’s connected to the power grid via Inverters. Fully automatic control adapts to the instantaneous consumption of the plant and to the electricity grid.
