Development of social internet access points, expansion of their service portfolio

This project aims to reduce the digital divide through the development of social internet access points. By providing the eHungary Points and the e-Consultants working there with the resources needed for a more active and broader engagement (infrastructure, development of ICT skills, expansion of services) it is possible to ensure access to IT tools at national level for individuals who do not yet have digital skills in the convergence regions, with a broad geographical coverage, and through e-Consultants to provide appropriate expertise and competence. The project is based on 4 main professional pillars: 1. PILLAR 2: Infrastructure development pillar, as a result of which the individual supported at eHungary Points (hereinafter referred to as: eMoP) the development of Wifi networks and management centre and the availability of a park of user IT tools. 2. PILLAR 2: The creation of the eConsultor Knowledge Library, i.e. to collect and make available in a structured form the information supporting the work of e-Consultants at eHungary Points under the name to be defined as part of the branding activity (e.g. eHungary Knowledgebase). 3. PILLAR 2: the establishment of a training system for the Consultant, in which every eMoP that has received support is to be developed and carried out in a compulsory manner for at least one of the eMoPs, thereby ensuring a uniform quality, professional quality and prestige of the services provided on the eMoPs. 4. PILLAR 2: Renewal of the image. The current image of the eHungary Programme and eHungary Points was developed in 2009, and since then all communication and marketing tools have shown the developed logo and to a large extent the image elements developed at the time. The eHungary Programme has reached a new milestone and is facing a qualitative and quantitative growth path through current projects. In order to emphasise and raise awareness of this, the aim is to reposition the image of the entire Network.
