This is shown by the successful introduction of automotive projects in recent years, which makes it possible to say that the company’s ability to generate results is particularly good. In recent years, it has maintained and increased its market share in both domestic and export markets through the introduction of modern, internationally competitive manufacturing technologies. In the last 4-5 years, our company has carried out targeted equipment acquisitions, which includes several pipe end machining equipment, 2 CNC 9 axis pipe bending machines, 2 CNC automatic tube lasers and a CNC cutting target machine, in order to gain significant scale projects in the field of metalworking and component manufacturing in the automotive industry. With the implementation of new technologies, we have further strengthened our strong position in the market and we have advanced in modern technological directions, which will allow us to compete effectively in larger-scale projects. When compiling the 2015-16 investment plan, our company aims to further develop the machining technologies of metal parts, paying attention to our added value. The ADIGE SYS BC-80 machining center is a cutting automatic pipe machining equipment that will be used for high efficiency machining of longer and shorter bushing-like components starting from a steel tube. Part of the equipment is a cutting unit that cuts the long thread pipes to the desired size and can work both sides of the component with tools placed in the 4 rotating axes of the cutting area (right and left) even at the same time. The production accuracy can be continuously checked by the machine and then, if necessary, make corrections in order to keep the production processable. With the accuracy of the production equipment and its high productivity indicators, it beats similar competitors on the market in all respects in a ratio of value-for-money, thus helping our company to further strengthen our position. In terms of both energy use and efficiency, the pipe narrowing and flangeing machines to be implemented and to be developed will be more advantageous production solutions than the technologies used for similar components. The machines realised during the investment will produce metal products that are built into their finished products at our TIER1 customers, from there they are immediately transferred to the assembly lines of the car factories.The realisation of these projects increases the number of projects within the company to which products with higher processing are connected, so they also develop added value growth. The investment will not only give the customer a more efficient technological development ensuring higher product quality, but also provide the company with a more energy-saving operation.
