In pursuit of the strategic objectives set out in the Education Development Strategy of the Municipality of Pleven for the period 2014-2020 and the strategic objectives and priorities of the Development Plan of Pleven Municipality for the period 2014-2020. This project proposal is in line with the general and specific objectives of procedure BG16RFOP001-3.002 “Support to vocational schools in the Republic of Bulgaria” under Priority Axis 3 “Regional Education Infrastructure” and aims to create conditions for modern educational services by improving the educational infrastructure by improving the educational infrastructure of “Intellect” — Pleven.
