This project proposal has the general objective of: Development and enrichment of cultural life, social and educational activities in the city and the municipality by exploiting the potential of the Chitalishte cultural infrastructure. The project has the following specific objectives:1. Increasing the attractiveness of Chitalishte “Bratya Grancharovi — 2002” town of Gorna Oryahovitsa for expanding the Chitalishte activity through modernisation and energy renovation;2. Improving the conditions for access to cultural life in the Chitalishte;3. Creating an opportunity to generate revenue from additional activity and realise the potential of the Chitalishte for its deployment in a sustainable and viable structure.The objectives of the project will be achieved through the implementation of two main activities related to: Energy-efficient reconstruction and modernisation of Chitalishte (NIC) “Brothers Grancharovi 2002”, Gorna Oryahovitsa; Equipment of the building of the Chitalishte for the purposes of its cultural activities. The main measurable result after completion of the project will be an energy renovated and modernised Chitalishte with the possibility to develop into a sustainable and viable structure. Information on the project and donor will be disseminated to the general public.
