This project proposal has the general objective of: To improve the investment activity, stimulate economic development and competitiveness, improve the quality of life and preserve the environment by restoring the area with potential for economic development of the town of Gorna Oryahovitsa. The project has the following specific objectives:- To support real investment intention in the area with potential for economic development of Victoria-05 OOD;- To contribute to the restoration of the area with potential for economic development of Gorna Oryahovitsa by improving the operational status of Ivan Momchilov Street near the intersection with Str. “Tsar Osvoboditel” — 1.156 km.- To improve access in the area with potential for economic development for more than 15 companies, their contractors and citizens.- To contribute to improving the urban environment as a whole.The objectives of the project will be achieved through the implementation of several main activities related to: engineering including: preparation of investment project, street reconstruction and author’s supervision; preparation of a comprehensive report; approval of the investment project by the chief architect of the municipality and issuance of a building permit; carrying out construction supervision. The main measurable result after the completion of the project will be reconstructed a street in the Zone with potential for economic development of the town of Gorna Oryahovitsa, in support of a local company — investor in this area. The value of the project proposal is BGN 1 617 530.16 and has a duration of 30 months. The team responsible for the implementation of the project consists of a manager, an investment control specialist, a public procurement specialist, a technical assistant and an accountant.
