With the modernisation and renovation of the St. St. St. Cyril and Methodius, “Bodra shift” and “Elena Grancharova” Kindergarten will improve the conditions for learning activities and care for the adolescents of 468 students and children from the city, the municipality, the nearby settlements and the working environment of 74 staff. The project proposal will also affect about 900 direct beneficiaries — parents of pupils and adolescent children. The project aims to: provide a renewed, improved and modernised educational and working environment for pupils, adolescents and workers; achieve energy savings and reduced levels of harmful emissions; to integrate and socialise children from marginalised groups, including Roma. The project activities to achieve the above objectives are: Organisation and management of the project, publicity, execution of construction and repair works, carrying out copyright and construction supervision, delivery and installation of equipment and furniture, audit. The implementation of the project proposal will provide adequate infrastructure to meet the needs of improved, renewed, modernised and adapted learning environments and environments for raising and educating young children, compatible with the requirements of the community for quality and accessible educational infrastructure. The duration of the project is foreseen to be 30 months and its value is BGN 2 925 837.69.
