This project proposal has the general objective of: Social inclusion and social service needs of the most vulnerable people in the community, better living conditions for all residents of the city and the municipality, balanced development of the territory and development of the field of social services. It will contribute to meeting the needs of shelter, food and other social services to integrate 15 homeless people. The project has the following specific objectives:- To meet the need of 15 homeless people from the social service in the resident community — shelter;- To provide adequate municipal infrastructure for providing and using the social service in the resident community — shelter — for 15 homeless people;- To contribute to the social inclusion and better living conditions of 15 of the most vulnerable people in the community;- To contribute to the balanced development of the urban area by building the shelter within the social impact zone of the town of Gorna Oryahovitsa.The objectives of the project will be achieved through the implementation of several main activities: Construction of a shelter for homeless people and its adjacent yard; Exercise of author’s and construction supervision; Delivery and installation of equipment and furniture. The main result after the project will be built, equipped and furnished shelter with a capacity of 15 homeless people. The value of the project proposal is BGN 745 778.88 and has a duration of 30 months. The team responsible for the implementation of the project consists of a manager, an investment control specialist, a public procurement specialist, a technical assistant and an accountant. Information on the project and donor will be disseminated to the general public.
