The project “Implementation of energy efficiency measures in public and multi-apartment buildings on the territory of the town of Botevgrad — stage 6” is under Priority Axis 2,Support for EE in support centres in peripheral areas of the OPRD. In the framework of the project for 4 buildings from the residential infrastructure of the town of Botevgrad (“Gurko”, 11, “Gurko” Str., “Zvezda”, 20 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd., “Golden Panega”, residential complex “Vasil Levski”, bl. 24, “Third March” No 73), the following types of work will be implemented:-all energy efficiency measures prescribed in the energy efficiency audit of each building; — structural restoration/improvement activities prescribed in the technical passport of the buildings; Construction works covering the renovation and reconstruction of different parts of the building (only for buildings that achieve at least energy consumption class “C” and at least 60 % primary energy savings) which are prescribed as mandatory in the technical passport of the building;-Accompanying construction and installation works related to the implementation of energy efficiency measures and restoration of the initial condition impaired as a result of the renovation;-activities to improve access for persons with disabilities to the above-mentioned buildings. For each of the buildings within the project an investment project will be prepared, author’s supervision, conformity assessment of the investment project and construction supervision during construction. The necessary information and publicity and high efficiency management of the project will be provided. As a result of the implementation of the project, 4 buildings will be renovated, the annual primary energy consumption of buildings will be reduced by 1 446 780.20 kWh/year, the annual greenhouse gas levels of the equivalent of 291.93 tonnes of CO2 and 80 households will be reduced, and will be converted to the higher energy consumption class.
