This project proposal aims to provide support to early childhood children and their families in improving access to health care, shaping parental skills, improving the family environment, increasing the school readiness of children to enter the education system, as well as preventing children from being placed in specialised institutions. By improving children’s readiness for inclusion in education and supporting the formation of parental skills among vulnerable parent groups, the transmission of intergenerational poverty will be reduced. The operation and management of the integrated services under the project are planned in accordance with the established procedures and methodologies for the provision of relevant services under the Social Inclusion Project (SPV), funded by the World Bank (Loan 7612BG), and will contribute to the continuation of the already established services for early childhood development. The implementation of the project will respect the horizontal principles of equal opportunities, gender equality and sustainable development set out in OPHRD. The planned services to cover more than 800 users — children from 0 to 7 years at risk and their families, including children with disabilities and their families.
