The implementation of the project "Electronic document in administrative proceedings under the DOPK/APK. Theoretical and practical aspects." will contribute to the development and acquisition of specialised knowledge and skills of 180 employees from the Directorates ODOP and TD of the National Revenue Agency, related to the theoretical and practical aspects of the electronic document in the administrative proceedings under the DOPK/APK. This, in turn, will create prerequisites for a more effective implementation of their obligations and the achievement of higher results in core activities for the NRA. Through the participation of NRA staff in trainings under the project, the following needs will be met: • obtaining in-depth knowledge and skills in the relevant field; •improvement of competences and upskilling; •optimisation of working processes; •acquisition of new knowledge related to the changes in the APK to regulate and regulate the document exchange process in the administrative procedure, the method of communication, the procedure for lodging complaints.The target groups are lawyers from the “Appeals” and “Tax Insurance Practice” departments in the ODOP Directorates; lawyers from the Appeals Department of the National Revenue Agency; they were served by the “Collection” and “Control” Directorates of the National Revenue Agency. Also, the implementation of the project will achieve savings in the expenditure side of the NAP’s budget, concerning the conduct of a public procurement contract for the selection of an external contractor for the provision of specialised trainings. Last but not least, participation in effective specialised trainings is an important prerequisite for horizontal career development and increased motivation of NRA employees.
