The project provides financial resources for the implementation of activities to improve the material and technical base of OPTTI MA through reconstruction and equipment on the fourth floor in the building of MTITC, 6 Gurko Str. It is aimed directly at supporting the employees of the Managing Authority as a beneficiary of OPTTI, engaged in the processes of preparation and implementation of projects financed by EU funds. As a result of the implementation of the project activities, working rooms are established for the staff of the OPTTI Managing Authority Directorate, with effective allocation of space, providing prerequisites for a higher quality of the administrative activities performed by the Directorate. For the refurbished and refurbished premises under the project are provided office furniture, white equipment, accessories to the office furniture.The scope of the project is the provision of network connectivity, through which the employees of the MA have the possibility to use all network and information services in MTITC, as well as ensuring connectivity with the fixed telephony of the Ministry. As a result of the implementation of the project, modern and comfortable material and technical conditions are provided for the employees of OPTTI’s MA, improving the quality of the working environment, in terms of efficient allocation of areas with sufficient space for employees to work, for conducting workshops, seminars, etc. This project is defined after examination of a report with analysis of 4 options for providing premises for the needs of OPTTI MA: 1) Repair of premises owned by MTITC; 2) Lease of premises; 3) Purchase of a building and 4) Construction of a new building. Option 1 was approved and the work project for the refurbishment of the 4th floor of the MTITC building on 6 Gurko Str. has been prepared. The working design was implemented under a project funded by OPT.The project started in June 2016.
