In connection with the implementation of the National Communication Strategy (NCS), which was developed in accordance with Article 116 of Regulation 1303 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 and aims to raise awareness of the priorities of the Partnership Agreement, beneficiaries and potential beneficiaries of the opportunities offered by the Community, as well as public recognition of the EU’s role in the development of the regions. They can be achieved by reaching out to different audiences with a wide range of active measures. Their implementation aims to increase transparency and publicity in the management of the programmes and the Partnership Agreement, which will have an impact on growing public trust.In keeping with the good practices in the field of public relations, the implementation of the communication activities foreseen in the implementation of the OPTTI AAP (Annual Action Plan) will enable the OPTTI MA to meet the requirements of the EC regarding information and publicity measures of the EU Structural Instruments and will lead to the achievement of the objectives set out in the AAP. The Annual Action Plan is an operational document specifying the OPTTI’s information and communication measures. Before the beginning of each calendar year, the MA prepares an Annual Action Plan (AAP) in accordance with a template developed by the Central Coordination Unit (Directorate “Programming of EU Funds”).Promotion of OPTTI by organising and conducting public events.Increasing the level of awareness of OPTTI by developing and disseminating information and promotional materials.
