The project provides the necessary funds for payment of gross salaries and insurances at the expense of the employer, the employees of Metropoliten EAD, who participate in the project management structures financed by OPTTI 2014-2020. The project was developed for the financing of gross wages and insurances at the expense of the employer of up to 57 employees of Metropoliten EAD for the period from January 2016 to October 2022 inclusive. The period covers the implementation time of the infrastructure projects — Stage I and Stage II of Line 3, financed by OPTTI.The current regulatory framework for the remuneration of employees involved in the management of the projects financed by OPTTI 2014-2020 is regulated in the following legal documents: §Code of labor (published: SG No 26/1986 and No 27/1986) and subsequent amendments;§ Trade Act (published in SG No 48 of 18 June 1991 with effect from 1.7.1991) and subsequent amendments §Zakon for the management of European Structural and Investment Funds (published: SG No 101/2015)§OPTIVE No 119 of the Council of Ministers of 20.5.2014 adopting national rules on the eligibility of expenditure under operational programmes co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund of the European Union and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund for the financial framework 2014-2020 (published: SG No 44/2014 with effect from 27.5.2014) and subsequent amendments, etc. §OPTION No 33 of the Council of Ministers of 16 February 2016 amending Decree No 119 of the Council of Ministers of 2014 adopting national rules on the eligibility of expenditure under operational programmes co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund of the European Union and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund, concerning the financial framework 2014-2020.
