This project covers the preparation of an investment project for the construction of a deviation from Line 3 along the route adopted by the Municipal Expert Council on Spatial Planning (OECUT) of Sofia Municipality — “Shipka Str. — Geo Milev Str. — Assen Yordanov Blvd. — Tsarigradsko shose Blvd.”. The section is 5.6 km long and 6 metro stations. The project involves the provision of the following services: — Study of the existing engineering infrastructure along the route;- Preparation of a Detailed Spatial Plan;- Preparation of an Idea Design in accordance with the Client’s requirements and the requirements of Regulation 4 of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works of 21 May 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects; The implementation of the project is divided into 4 tasks as follows: Task 1Preparation of a Detailed Development Plan (PDP) for the metro section and Ideal project by part: Route and profile. Deadline for implementation: end of 6th month;Task 2Preparation of conceptual design by parts: Part-Constructions of metro stations and tunnelsPart-contact metro station architecture, vertical planning and landscapingPart-track track, including turnover section, road tracks and indicator signsPartly Contact Networkwith relevant drawings and quantitative accounts for the main types of works and equipment. Deadline for implementation: end of 12nd month;Task 3Preparation of preliminary design for all other project parts with relevant drawings and bills of quantities for the main types of works and equipment, according to the Technical Specification of the Implementation Contract. Deadline for implementation: end of 16th month;Task 4Accept the conceptual design by the Contracting Technical Council. Deadline for implementation: the end of the 18th month. For the implementation of the project, a procedure under the Public Procurement Act for the selection of a contractor was carried out and Contract No 112 of 27 June 2018 for the value of BGN 958 000 excluding VAT (VAT amounting to BGN 191 600). The period for performance of the contract shall be 18 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
