In order to increase the specialised knowledge and skills of the employees of the General Directorate for Fire Safety and Protection of the Population (GDPA) carrying out state fire control (PSK), preventive action (PA) and control of compliance with the Disaster Protection Act (ZZBZD), seminars will be organised and held for the transfer of experience and good practices by staff of DGBZN to officials from its territorial units, defined in Article 8 of the Rules of Procedure of the Ministry of the Interior (Regional Directorates for Fire Safety and Protection of the Population (RDBZN) and District Offices for Fire Safety and Protection of the Population (RSPBZN)) which carry out the PSC, the RoP and the Control of Compliance with the ZZB. The following activities are envisaged: •Transmission of experience and good practices from DGBHN staff to PDBZN and RSPBZN staff implementing the CCD; •Transmission of experience and good practices by GDBZN staff to employees from the PDBZN and RSPBZN, who carry out PDs and control over compliance with the ZZB; The target groups of the project are the employees of the Regional Directorates “Fire Safety and Protection of the Population” and the District Offices “Fire Safety and Protection of the Population”, which carry out state fire control, preventive activity and control over compliance with the Disaster Protection Act.The following results are expected to be achieved: •1000 employees of the RBZN and RSPBZN, to whom experience and good practices have been transmitted. To carry out the activities, which are services and supplies, selection of external contractors will be carried out after public procurement procedures in accordance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP).GPDBZN will implement the project independently, without involvement of partners. The budget of the project is foreseen to be BGN 55 098.58. Its duration will be five months.
