Parents in employment

Project Parents in employment is aimed at improving the compatibility of a professor with a person life from the parents. By the planned activities under the project, parents of children from 0 to 12 years old will have the opportunity to continue not only their career. developed, but also to ensure safe and quality care for their children.These actions will contribute to the better co-op. of a professor and family. responsibilities of parents and in practice will make the labour market more accessible to them.In addition, the project will help to return to employment of parents who are deterred from starting work due to their child’s/children’s esteemed children. Thus, their equal access to employment and work. Priority will be included. single parents, large families, members of families of social assistance and other vulnerable groups. the project will be employed as child caregivers under the project. The project provides for completion of the following activities: recruitment of applications from parents of a child/children from 0 to 12 years of age; Work. Mediation of unemployed parents with child/children; selection of unemployed/inactive persons to determine the possibility for them to be included in employment related to care for children from 0 to 12 years of age; Organisation of meetings for approval of unemployed/inactive. persons from parents to care for the child/children; Child care/children from 0 to 5 years, incl. not attending nurseries, institutions and preschool groups of employed and unemployed parents (care is permissible up to 8 hours/day); methodological support in relation to the child’s/children’s care; Information and communication; Organisation and management of the project;Assistance of care for a child/children from 0 to 12 years old, attending nurseries and institutions, as well as a school of unemployed. (incl. single) parents/parents (care is allowed up to 4 hours/day). For the purposes of the procedure, large parents are those who have 3 or more children aged up to 12 years.
