“Ready to work”

The project envisages stimulating the activity of young people up to the age of 29, who are neither in education or training, nor in employment, nor are they registered as unemployed with the Labour Office Directorate (the inactive targeted persons). The project envisages the implementation of activities to identify inactive young people and to activate and motivate them to start training or work. The project offers innovative solutions in attracting young people by applying a multi-optional approach to activating young people. After their registration with the job centres for the young people will be sought to become a primary labour market. To this end, it is envisaged that young people will join the “Job Seeking Studios”. They will last a maximum of 5 days. The project funds will provide equipment/furnishing of premises, which will provide the necessary conditions for conducting workshops throughout the country. The Job Seeking Ateliers will support young people’s activation and increased motivation to find and find a job. The project also foresees the organisation of job fairs, as the project funds will provide information materials, halls, transport for the participants, etc. activities for more effective interaction between employers and jobseekers. The envisaged activities complement and build on measures in support of youth employment implemented under Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” 2007-2013, Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” 2014-2020, National Employment Action Plan for and National Implementation Plan of the European Youth Guarantee 2014-2020, with 10 thousand inactive young people expected to be activated.
