Vouchers for employees

This BC will provide employees in Bulgaria who are employed in a PhD in a non-administrator and have an average or lower degree of obedience, as well as employees over 54 years old, to participate in prof. and/or foreign language or digital computational courses. it will also create a mouth for the employability of older workers over 54 years old, as well as for car-but development for these persons. In accordance with Article 5(3) of Council of Ministers Decree 280/2015, the project will focus on the intellation of some of the most vulnerable groups on the labour market, namely persons in labor-renewal, who have medium or lower image and employed persons over 54 years old. After passing the interviews, they will increase the adekts of their mind to the actual needs of the business. This will make it easier for them to adapt to the working conditions and will create them a responsiveness for better career development. In a long plan, their ability to acquire new ones or to complete their knowledge and skills, the project will provide pre-practices for continued employment in the country and will improve the quality of life of the participants. The achievement of the project goals and results will be carried out by fulfilling the following activities: — Recruitment of applications from employees for inclusion in trainings for the acquisition or improvement of professional qualifications and/or for the acquisition of key competence 2 “Communication of foreign languages” or key competence 4 “Digital competence”; —Production and printing of training vouchers; —Providing nominative vouchers for the acquisition of professional qualifications by profession and/or key competence 2 ‘Communication in foreign languages’ or key competence 4 ‘Digital competence’; —Provision of training against vouchers;-Employing persons directly involved in the implementation of the funded activities and necessary to achieve the objectives set.
