The aim of the project is to integrate inactive and unemployed people over 29 years of age, including permanent disabilities registered with the IBT, through their inclusion in employment with an employer in the real sector/business or local self-government institutions through trainings tailored to the individual needs of the workplace and a subsidy for employment.The implementation of the project will help to facilitate the employment of inactive and unemployed persons who will receive a new job chance, new or improved professional knowledge and skills acquired in the workplace, as well as the possibility of acquiring a vocational qualification (QC) and/or key competences (KC) (if needed for the specific employer). Providing opportunities for inclusion of all unemployed persons covered will help them to succeed in the labour market in the long term. Achieving the set goals and results of the project will be carried out through the implementation of the following main activities: •Information of employers about the opportunities for inclusion in the operation. Recruitment of jobseekers in enterprises or public institutions •Designation of representatives of the target groups for inclusion in subsidised employment, as well as for inclusion in training for the acquisition of PK and QC — foreign language and/or digital competence.•Provision of trainings for the acquisition of PK and/or QC 4 “Digital Competence” and/or QC 2 “Communication in foreign languages”:ØProduction and printing of training vouchers for training.ØProvision of name vouchers for the acquisition of professional qualifications in professions or for key competence, as requested by employers.ØPealing for the period of work placements.ØPealing of the target group for the purpose of training against vouchers.
