Improving the quality and efficiency of public services for vulnerable groups in the labour market and employers

The project aims to modernise the e-status of the IA and the introduction of better quality services for jobseekers and jobseekers. The project will enhance the capacity and efficiency of the IA and its structures in terms of implementation of active labour market policies by supporting the development of new or improved services. The aim is for the new services to improve the IA’s performance in activating and integrating into sustainable employment, with a focus on inactive and vulnerable groups in the labour market. It also aims to improve the system of monitoring the implementation of active labour market policy and to build on control systems. The following activities are planned:1. Analysis of the current services of the IA for vulnerable groups in the labour market;2. Design of new or improved services;3. Development of a system of criteria and indicators for monitoring;4.Introduction of organizational and functional changes in the structures of the Agency to improve the quality and efficiency of the service, as well as the monitoring;5. E.g. of information provision and technical support for the efficient operation of the Agency in connection with the changes — mater. and technical support of the workflows for the introduction of new services;6. Training of IA staff and territorial units to acquire and improve knowledge, skills and competences in the new environment;7. Providing administrative capacity, including human resources, to implement new or improved services for vulnerable labour market;8. Extension and integration of IP services to assess the competencies of MyCompetence to the activities of the Agency and the needs of the target groups of users;9. A study of labour market imbalances at regional and sectoral levels. Preparation of analyses and short-term forecasts for the development of the labour market at regional level and by sector.10. Ensuring the safe and quality service of citizens and employers during a period of emergency introduced following the spreading Coronavirus (COVID-19)
