Training and employment for young people

The aim of the project is to integrate unemployed young people up to 29 years of age, including permanent disabilities and registered with the Labour Office Directorates of the Employment Agency, through their inclusion in employment with an employer and providing trainings for acquiring professional qualifications and key competences in foreign language and digital competence. The implementation of the project will facilitate the transition from education to employment for unemployed young people who will receive a first or new job chance, new or improved professional knowledge and skills acquired at the workplace, as well as professional qualifications and key competences in a foreign language and digital competence (if needed by the specific employer). Gaining work experience and employment opportunities for all unemployed young people covered will help them to better integrate into the labour market. The objectives and results of the project will be achieved through the implementation of the following activities: •Information of employers on the opportunities of the operation Recruitment of requests from employers for hiring young people in specific jobs. •Selection of representatives of the target groups for inclusion in subsidised employment, as well as for inclusion in vocational trainings or trainings for acquiring key competences — foreign language or digital competence (based on the application submitted by the employer). •Training for professional qualification or key competences: •Information and direct targeting of vacancies for young people who do not need training. Providing them with a mentor for a period of 3 months •Employment of targeted persons to positions falling within the scope of single groups of professions from 2 to 9 grades of the UCTD 2011 for a period of up to 6 months.
