The main problem to be addressed by the project is small local electricity generation capacity, high consumption of imported electricity, high cost of renewable energy technologies. The activity of the project is the installation of small renewable energy technologies of up to 10 kW for the production of electricity for household consumption at the place of consumption, geographically distant from electricity consumption and at the place of electricity consumption in a multi-apartment building or in its territory. The project is intended to compensate households for part of the costs incurred in installing a solar-light plant to meet their electricity needs. Socio-economic benefits expected from the implementation of the project: over 5,600 solar-light power plants (around 45 MW of installed capacity) are installed, which would save on average about 27 thousand tons of CO2 each year after the end of the project. The reduction in the production of electricity from polluting fuels where it is produced will lead to better health for the population.
