The reconstructed level crossing is located in the city centre of Lentvaris and divides the city into two parts, and the crossing in the centre through five railway tracks is the only place through which car vehicles, together with pedestrians and cyclists, can enter from the northern part of the city to the south and vice versa._x000D_The project is newly equipped with a cross-section of different levels — a car tunnel under the railway with a common pedestrian and cycling path; pedestrian — cyclist overpasses (2 pcs.), one-level intersections — small circular (Geležinkel and Fabriko str.) and small ring (Klevų al. and Vilniaus str.). Reconstruction of existing and newly constructed street sections (Voke, Kęstutis, Sodų, Stadionas and Dzūkų g); newly equipped pedestrian and cycling paths, pavements; supporting walls, noise-reducing barriers; newly installed and reconstructed existing engineering networks._x000D_Project is implemented as one project, the initiator and organisation of which is the State Enterprise Lithuanian Road Administration, which meets the needs of road users and society, implements state policy on road development, maintenance and road safety.
