The main objective of the project is to develop the competences of UAB “Ltintus” professional employees, improve qualifications and adapt to changes in the economy. During the project, specific professional trainings will be organised for the company’s administrative staff, specialists of various fields and manufacturing workers. The result of the project will be to train 145 employees of the company, improve their qualifications and their level of professional specific knowledge and skills. The project will improve employee satisfaction, prevent employee turnover, improve the quality of products and services, increase the company’s competitiveness and dominance in the market. The duration of the project is 30 months.
