State support for the technical part of the preparation and implementation of multi-apartment buildings renovation (modernisation) projects

Monitoring of renovated (upgraded) multi-apartment buildings shows that on average energy efficiency measures can save more than 40 % of the energy consumed before the renovation of a multi-apartment building. An important factor for the success of the multi-apartment home renovation (modernisation) programme is the provision of appropriate conditions, such as funding. During the implementation of the project, the aim will be to encourage owners of apartment buildings to modernise multi-apartment buildings whose energy consumption is inefficient by providing 100 % support for the technical part of projects eligible for the renovation (modernisation) programme of multi-apartment buildings: 1. For the preparation of the project or part thereof (investment plan and/or technical work project): 1.1. the cost of drawing up an investment plan; 1.2. the costs of drawing up the energy performance certificate of the building drawn up and issued before the implementation of the renovation (modernisation) measures, the energy performance certificate of the building drawn up and issued after the implementation of the renovation (modernisation) measures; 1.3. the cost of preparing a technical work project for updating (modernisation); 1.4. project execution supervision costs; 1.5. the costs of carrying out project examinations. 2. The administrative costs of implementing the project; 3. Construction maintenance costs.
