The project aims to protect and disseminate modern cultural content by creating new advanced electronic services of Lithuanian Integral Library Information System (LIBIS) libraries. The project is a continuation of already implemented LIBIS development, interactive library portal development, e-publications lending to readers. Within the scope of the project, it is planned to modernise LIBIS by integrating it into the state cloud computing infrastructure, enabling all LIBIS libraries to work and providing e-services of libraries on a one-stop-shop basis. The resulting CC infrastructure will operate a centralised library system. During the project, 5 e-services will be created/upgraded: 1. e-service that allows to create profiles of the reader and content provider on the www.ibiblioteka.lt portal, providing the opportunity to form lists of read books, recommend books, see information about ordered and provided e-services provided by libraries and pay for them by e-mail and view information on payments made; 2. e-service, which allows the collection of an archive of online resources in a targeted manner in accordance with international standards and searching it through the www.ibiblioteka.lt portal; 3. e-service, which allows publishers to place their published press files of periodicals and manage their information, and for readers to search and read electronic periodicals on the www.ibiblioteka.lt portal; 4. e-service that allows publishers and other persons to create e-books using the portal tools, saving them in the most popular formats; 5. e-service that allows you to automatically prepare news summaries and provide them to public authorities and www.ibiblioteka.lt users.
