The aim of the project is to improve the status of state water bodies by changing the species composition of ichthiofauna and by adding fish species improving the status of the waters. It is expected to improve the status of water bodies by stocking 8 selected water bodies with predatory fish and 2 water bodies with phytoplankton-eating species. This project will contribute to the implementation of measures 3.1 and 3.2 of the Action Plan for the implementation of the Water Sector Development Programme 2017-2023 approved by Order No D1-375/3D-312 of the Minister for the Environment and the Minister for Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania of 5 May 2017.
