The project is implemented by the IAC together with the project partners CPVA and FCIS. The implementation of the project will result in the development of analytics combined at state level, the development of analytical tools and methods, improved functionality of the TDS, enhanced competence of data analytics of CIR users and the development of a sustainable CIR management model. The aim of the project is to implement centralised analytics tools and inter-institutional data layer to apply evidence-based management in Lithuanian public sector institutions by effectively using and developing existing information resources by introducing new methodological and technological tools in them. The project shall have the following tasks: 1. At the state level, analytics have been developed together to provide and obtain data for analysis and monitoring in a convenient way. 2. Provide modern centralised analytics tools accessible to all interested institutions without additional investment. 3. Develop methodological analytics base — analytical models and analytical tools in the following areas: 3.1. Impact assessment of decisions, legislation; 3.2. Forecasting the evolution of the farm; 3.3.. The identification of illegal or suspicious activities of economic operators and/or natural persons. 4. Improve the functionality of the CIR by ensuring efficient operation of the system, data quality and user-friendliness. 5. Enhance analytical capacity and competences between existing and future CIR users. 6. Develop and implement a sustainable model for the management and maintenance of the CIR.
